JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Country Lead Privacy Consultant & Partner, EU
Equity Compensation: 0.25% (valued at $37,500 USD)
Experience: 5+ years in senior management, sales, and partnership building, specializing in privacy-focused solutions
Commitment: No salary for the first 6 months; equity vested during this period.
Commission Plan: 10% commission on the total invoicing for the first year of each Alliance Partnerships sale, equating to $2,5k usd, $5k usd or $10k usd - see https://alliance.r-digital.tech for more information. 

R Digital is looking for highly skilled and passionate Country Lead Privacy Consultants to represent us across multiple EU countries or regions, serving as the public face of the company and building strategic partnerships to expand our privacy-focused Alliance Partnership program.

R Digital, a sister company to AesirX, focuses on delivering compliant digital solutions based on AesirX's open source technology. Each Country Lead Privacy Consultant will be instrumental in driving business growth by building partnerships with businesses and organizations in their designated country or region that value privacy, compliance, and innovation.

In this role, you will represent R Digital in your country or region, championing privacy-first technology, engaging with partners, and advocating for compliant business practices. You will work directly with Ronni and the leadership team to shape and execute the strategic roadmap for our Alliance Partnership program.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic Partnership Development

  • Lead the development and growth of R Digital's Alliance Partnership program by identifying and building relationships with like-minded businesses and organizations.
  • Represent R Digital in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build connections and showcase our privacy-first solutions.
  • Collaborate with AesirX to align partnership efforts, leveraging shared resources and technology to drive value for clients.

 

2. Public Representation & Thought Leadership

  • Serve as the public face of R Digital, representing the company in media, conferences, and industry events.
  • Establish R Digital as a thought leader in privacy-focused, compliant digital solutions by publishing articles, giving talks, and participating in community discussions.
  • Engage with our audience and potential partners through social media, public forums, and other digital channels.

 

3. Business Growth & Sales Leadership

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with R Digital's vision for privacy and compliance.
  • Lead the partnership sales cycle, from opportunity identification and qualification to deal closing, ensuring consistent growth in partnership revenue.
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospective partners and clients who align with our commitment to privacy and open source technology.

 

4. Team Leadership & Organizational Growth

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales and partnership managers, ensuring alignment with business goals and creating a collaborative work environment.
  • Develop processes and structures to scale the Alliance Partnership program, expanding both locally and internationally.
  • Work with HR and the leadership team to attract, recruit, and onboard high-performing talent.

 

5. Alliance Partnership Program Execution

  • Develop programs and frameworks that support partners, providing the tools and resources they need to succeed in implementing AesirX technology.
  • Work with product and marketing teams to ensure our partners have the necessary materials to promote and sell our solutions effectively.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality engagement with partners to drive adoption and satisfaction with R Digital solutions.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Must-Have Experience:

  • 5+ years in senior management roles, ideally in digital agencies, tech, or B2B environments.
  • Proven experience building strategic partnerships, especially in privacy-first or compliance-focused sectors.
  • Strong understanding of privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and compliance requirements for digital solutions.
  • Experience in public speaking and being the public representative of an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead sales efforts and deliver results in a partnership-focused environment.

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in open source technology and working with CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, and others.
  • Strong connections within the privacy, compliance, or digital technology space.
  • Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment, driving growth with limited resources.
