[Remote] Senior/Team Leader PHP Back-end Developer

We are currently seeking a talented Senior/Team Leader PHP Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5-8 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior capacity. Proficiency in PHP is essential, along with strong expertise in Symfony, Laravel, or other Composer-based frameworks. Experience with CMS platforms such as Joomla, Drupal, or WordPress will be an advantage.

• Develop and manage the application layer/interface.
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Manager, Product Manager, and Product Designer to create next-generation web applications.
• Design and implement new features for our platform/system.
• Analyze and clarify product requirements.
• Uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Conduct structured code reviews.
• Write efficient and reusable code and systems.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with team members to devise solutions for complex problems.
• Demonstrate a passion for performance debugging and benchmarking.

• Experience with PHP: Minimum PHP version >7.0 with substantial development experience.
• Knowledge of SOLID principles, ACID, SOA, TDD, and industry-standard Software Design Patterns.
• Proficient in PHPDoc, GIT, and Composer.
• Experience with Server-side SOAP and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with JSON/XML.
• Background with CMS platforms, especially Joomla and/or WordPress.
• Proficient in HTML5 (semantic), CSS3 (LESS/SASS), and ES6.
• Experience with Node/Gulp, Docker, and either Symfony or Laravel.
• Understanding of g11n (i18n and l10n) and E-commerce platforms (PHP-based).
• Familiarity with ERP systems, payment gateway integration, microservices, and web services.
• Good English proficiency is a must.

• Remote Work: Work remotely 5 days per week (Monday to Friday, 9 AM-6 PM).
