We are looking for a Project Manager to join the R Digital Team. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing internal/external projects to drive results and innovation. You thrive on challenges, and you are not afraid to try new things, going from experiment to experiment with an analytical approach and enthusiasm. Your position will play a pivotal role in driving our growth in the Vietnam market.

• Collaborate with the design team and other teams to deliver persona, sitemap, wireframes, user stories, user flows, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices (Mobile and Desktop) and interfaces.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features.
• Solid design philosophy, deep understanding, and practical experience in user experience design and related fields.
• Improve or redesign existing websites and applications.
• Conceptualize and design Key visuals for omnichannel marketing campaigns.
• Ideate and design marketing collateral including email newsletters, social media posts, print ads, etc...
• Work collaboratively with the marketing department.
• Ensure consistency and compliance with company brand identity.

• A minimum 2-3 years experience as a Graphic Designer/Branding and Web/Mobile app, or similar roles.
• Understand B2C & B2B market.
• Experienced in creating high-quality designs like: graphics, layouts and color scheme. Have creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense.
• Experience developing wireframes, prototypes, information architecture, storytelling, UI / UX, website and responsive design.
• Knowledge in one of the fields of branding, digital marketing, crypto or tech UI/UX,…
• Tool: using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro…
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of web markup, including HTML5, and CSS3 is a plus point.
• Able to work with team and also problem-solve independently.
• Excellent organization and communication skills

• Strong, proven leadership skills with a track record of success
• Good English is a must 
• Fluent in Vietnamese both orally and in writing 
• Good organizational skills and time management are required

• Salary: Negotiable.
• Work only 5-days per week (Mon to Fri).
• 13th-month salary, health insurance and social insurance prescribed by state
• Vacation regime: 12 days/year (+1 day for each year of employment)
