Marketing Executive/Planner

We are looking for a Marketing Executive/Planner to join R Family and support business objectives.

Specifically we are seeking overall content strategists to join the R Digital Marketing Team. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing internal & external projects across various product partnerships. You thrive on challenges and are not afraid to try new things to produce results and hit deadlines with efficiency, thinking outside the box and always working with enthusiasm.

• Digital Marketing Solutions, such as DAM, DMA, PIM, CRM, WEB3 ID, etc
• Website & E-Commerce Solutions
• Contextual Marketing Solutions
• Strategic Advisory & Digital Transformation
• User Experience & Customer Journey Design

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid search, and display advertising.
• Manage the content plan and proactively work with content creators and designers to deliver the best content that achieves business goals - in line with sales, downloads, and partnerships.
• Analyze data and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaign performance and ensure ROI.
• Create copy and collaborate with other creatives to develop engaging digital assets, including blogs, landing pages, email templates, and social media graphics.
• Manage budgets for campaigns and work closely with other departments to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor industry trends and keep up-to-date with best practices in digital marketing, bringing new ideas to the team.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a planner role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to optimize campaigns.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience working with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media advertising platforms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Able to work independently and take control of projects to achieve business goals.
• Fluency in English required (Advanced/ Fluent /Native).
• Multiple languages are strongly preferred.

• Work 5-days per week in the D1 office (Mon to Fri 9-6). 
• Salary: Negotiable. 
• Incentive: 13-month salary (depending on performance/work duration).
• Vacation regime: 12 days/year (+1 day for each year of employment).
