JOB DESCRIPTION

To meet our business objectives and growth targets, R Digital is seeking a talented Business Development professional. This role will be responsible for increasing the company's revenue by selling digital solutions, B2B marketing & advertising services, and building strong relationships with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Development: Identify and develop the Vietnamese client market by setting up meetings, attending events, conducting sales blitzes, sales calls, and meeting with potential clients. Listen to and understand client needs; gain insights into their company, products, and services to recommend suitable solutions from R Digital (web-based solutions).
Consultation & Contracting: Provide consultation, prepare quotes, and finalize contracts with clients.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure all client needs are thoroughly understood and addressed.
Reporting: Report daily or weekly progress to the Leader.
Other Responsibilities: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Leader.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Must be located in Vietnam as the job is under Vietnamese Labour Law.
Intermediate proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
2-3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development/Telesales (preferably in web-based solutions, marketing, or advertising).
Experience or understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, and decentralized solutions is preferred.
Proven track record in consultative sales with the ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Strong strategic business development skills with the ability to build and execute effective business and marketing strategies.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to secure contracts and maintain long-term client relationships.
Awareness of market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies effectively.
Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills and effective teamwork abilities.
High sense of responsibility and a positive, goal-oriented mindset.

Remote Work: Work remotely 5 days per week (Monday to Friday, 9 AM-6 PM).
Salary: Based on experience and skills.
